Real Estate CRM & Property Listing Portal
A comprehensive real estate CRM and property listing portal for PropNest Realty combining agent productivity tools with a consumer-facing property search platform. The system manages property listings with virtual tours, tracks buyer and tenant leads through a sales pipeline, and automates follow-up communications.
The Challenge
PropNest Realty's sales agents were managing leads in personal notebooks and WhatsApp conversations, with no centralized visibility for the management team. Property listings were maintained on a basic WordPress site with no search functionality or map-based discovery. The team was losing deals due to missed follow-ups and inability to quickly match buyers to relevant properties.
The firm wanted to differentiate itself by offering virtual property tours and an app-based experience for NRI buyers who could not visit properties physically.
Our Solution
We developed a dual-component solution: a consumer-facing property portal built with Laravel and Vue.js featuring Elasticsearch-powered search with filters for location, price, BHK, and amenities, and a map-based discovery interface via Google Maps. A Flutter mobile app provides the same experience for iOS and Android users.
The agent-facing CRM tracks leads through a configurable sales pipeline, with automatic task reminders, email/SMS drip sequences via Twilio, and a mobile app for field agents to log site visits and update lead status in real-time. Property listings support 360-degree virtual tour embeds, floor plan uploads, and video walkthroughs stored on AWS S3.
